40 minute class
Time practice a myriad of breathing patterns that are vitality enhancing. Improve yoga practice or reduce the stress response and to move stagnant energy around the body. It is really supportive for low energy, inflammation and anxiety too. The breath can calm and energise and will never let you down if you know how to utilise it.

Acroyoga
Tara loves to teach family how to play AcroYoga style, either on zoom or within family home. From babies to teens. 2021 classes will resume in the warmer months in the park. 1:1 on zoom.
Prenatal Postnatal Yoga
Tara has lots of You Tube videos to share as she is not teaching at the moment but can recommend teachers who are.
