Yoga is so much more than just stretching. With regular practice it becomes part of your everyday life; how you move, stand, sit and relax. It can also very much be part of Paddleboarding, as it is a super way to explore your body's ability to move in different and fun directions.

TIME FOR YOURSELF
Tara has been a yoga teacher since 2002 and has enjoyed teaching in many different countries (from pregnancy through to Seniors). Since Covid, she has adapted most of her classes to Zoom with a few still being taught outside or on location. As the weather warms up and the paddleboard demands grow, much of her yoga will be taught on the boards.

RELAXING in NATURE
We really enjoy making the most of being on the water and having a little stretch and relax half way into our paddles. It gives time for tired ankles to rest and shoulders to unwind from paddling. Most of our paddles will include some yoga (optional of course) and then by request in the warmer weeks we can enjoy longer yoga sessions. Just say the magic word!
