TEAM BONDING
During the last few years of working from home, many individuals within teams have found themselves isolated and unable to build the relationships on which team strength sits. Knowing your colleagues is critical to building trust and trust is a key foundation which supports quality communication, commitment to action, accountability and results delivery.

Getting out of the office to and allowing individuals to focus on getting to know each other will bring results in other areas. Paddleboarding offers you and your team the opportunity to:​

• Experience the magic of the dawn, dusk or a night time paddle

• Have your own “it’s a knock-out” or sports day type event

• Go on a guided  river adventure or safari to learn about local history, geology and wild-life of the river

• SUP Starters for complete beginners, nothing like learning something new to make everyone feel equal

• De-stress and relax with a SUP Yoga session

• Maybe combine it with a picnic on the board or bankside or book one of the many great local restaurants. 
  All of which provide shared experiences which enable your team to connect

• Tick the CSR box - give something back by doing a charity paddle or litter pick on a section of the Thames

PADDLE BOARDING ADD-ON
Running a training and want an activity to enable your team to let off steam and have fun afterwards?
Then this is the option for you. We have a number of hotel partners who have conference facilities and meeting rooms and have riverside access to enable your team to jump on a paddleboard at the end of the day.
 

FACILITATED TEAM BUILDING
How long was it since you last ran a facilitated team building event?  Using paddleboarding as the platform on which to highlight current team interactions

BOOKINGS  must be a minimum of 2 hours and can include any combination of the above. Locations can be on the lake or at one of our hotel partners or any of our other regular locations on Thames.

All delivered in a fun engaging way enabling your team take concrete action plans back to the office.
