We offer a wide range of Paddleboarding activities all year around
Everything needs to be pre-booked and paid in advance. If weather or river conditions are unsuitable on the day, we will offer you a full refund or transfer you to another date of your choice. Transferable and fully refundable with 12 working hour cancellation notice. Prices of sessions vary depending on the time of year, eg. in summer a 2hr 'Guided River Trip' everything incl. £40 and winter £30 for the same. If you have your own paddleboard (BYO) then you can book into any activity at @50% off and some of the paddling events will be free. Gift Vouchers are available as well as board hires.

Instructors
All our paddle board activities (except board hire) come with an fully qualified Paddlesports Instructor to support and guide you throughout your session. Paddlers are given as much space or support as they need.

Lessons
All of our activities provide instruction and coaching in small groups. Many people want to learn as go by joining our Guided River Trips and others like to join our Absolute Beginners sessions to help with their water confidence and develop the skills before joining a river trip.

1:1
These one to one or private group sessions are available, they are more expensive. We provide the equipment unless you bring your own. Improving your paddling skills will ensure you paddle faster and more efficiently. You will need to contact us directly to arrange. Available all year round.

Skills & Rescue
In 2 hours you can learn the basic paddleboarding footwork and paddle skills to keep you out of trouble on the water as well as rescuing yourself and others. We recommend these sessions (one off or repeat it as you want) if you intend to hire boards or go paddling with your own board.

Guided River Trips
This is an opportunity to explore the Thames waters between Marlow and Bray. Each trip is 2 hours, complete with all equipment (unless you bring your own) needed to get your started. You might start sitting and hopefully finish feeling like a pro, standing up wit the guidance of the instructors. Local geology, history and wildlife is to be gained on this exquisite trips.

Progressive Skills
These are skilled based sessions for those who want to paddle faster, more efficiently and learn to maneuver the board. You don't need a board or any experience but you enjoy learning and pushing yourself. Ideal if you have your own board or want to start paddleboarding using our equipment. You can make an informed choice to buy a board later or continue to hire.

Teens for Kids
We have some super teen instructors who are great at inspiring youngsters to develop their board skills through fun and games. There will always be a senior instructor present. We have found the kids response so much better to the younger instructors.
Kids & Teen Paddle Parties were a great success last year.

Sunday Explorers
Out of the peak season and throughout the winter on Sundays we go out paddling somewhere new and different. This is a really social time, paddling at a relaxing pace, exploring the different local waterways and further a field.
Sunday Safari's are for those who can paddle at 3mph for 3 hours, they are free to those who have their own boards, no tuition provided.

Sunset Paddles
The hour of sunset changes every month so the timing of these paddles throughout the summer months will vary slightly. You can book in on your own or invite a friend or two to join you. At the turning around point we make time for a little relaxation or yoga.

SUP Yoga
Yoga stretches are included in most of sessions to prevent muscles aching. If you want more yoga just ask one of the instructors. We invite yoga, Pilates and fitness instructors to host classes on the river during the summer months. We provide the boards and paddle assistance to keep your group safe, whilst you teach.

PaddleFit
An hour long paddles to help keep you aerobically fit.
During the winter they are held on Maidenhead Sailing Club lake in the evening 6pm twice a week and in the summer they will be on the river, during lunchtime. Board hire possible with some instructions too!

Social Paddles
Whether it be for a work or a special birthday, we can create a bespoke paddleboarding event for you. For a group we can introduce you to the world of SUPolo or create a longer river adventure. Hen & Stag do's, special ceremonies, team building, you name it we can create it!

SUPolo
A paddleboard ball sport with a special SUPolo paddle that can scoop a ball to throw and catch and paddle fast. One of the quickest ways to advance your foot work and board skills. Great fun for family, friends, teens or work colleagues to play together. Looking for players who want to play regularly.

Dawn Patrol
An early morning paddle 6.30-7.30am throughout the year. No cost if you have your own board and as long as you have experience you can hire a board and join us. You have to be fit for these sessions as they are short and fairly fast. Ideally you have completed the Skills & Rescue class with us.

Moochy Mondays
Freebie evening paddles for those with their own boards, exploring different sections of the river locally. You must be able to paddle at 2.5 to 3 mph for 2-2.5 hours. These sessions are run by an experienced volunteer, who is not a paddlesports instructor. Another prerequisite is completion of our Skills & Rescue class or a series of Progressive Skills training. No board hires.

Wobbly Wednesdays
Bring your own board and enjoy a shorter 'freebie' paddle at a slower pace for 60-90 minutes from Boulters Lock. Kids on boards with parents and teens are welcome. This social paddle has the same requirements as Moochy Mondays. No tuition is given in these session and are run by experienced volunteer. Online booking is essential for our 'social freebie' paddles.
