You’ve been out paddle boarding a few times and you have the basics, but now your ready to build your SUP skills to the next level. You want to spend more time out paddleboarding without the body aches or sore feet and be more efficient so you can get out and do longer trips. For that you need to build on your existing skill-set and expand your capabilities.
There are a number of ways to refresh your paddleboard skills-
Join the SUP Club if you have your own board- need to be assessed first.
Book yourself in for a Refresher class
Come along to SUP Fitness on the lake on Tuesday evenings- all ages and abilities welcome
SUP Sunday Funday 90 minutes of messing around or relaxing on the lake
