Cancellations:
To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your booking.

 

Late arrivals and no shows constitute as a cancellation and will be treated as such. No refunds or re-bookings will be given.

To cancel:

1. Click the booking link in your confirmation email

2. Scroll down and select 'ticket options'

3. Click 'Cancel ticket'

4. Save

Refunds:

Your refund won't be automatically processed when you cancel a booking in bookwhen. Please email info@paddleboardmaidenhead.uk to request a refund up to 24 hours before your session.
